These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of socialGo, including the website at socialgo.id and the application at app.socialgo.id (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use socialGo on behalf of a company, you agree to them on its behalf.
1. The Service
socialGo is a social media management tool. It lets you connect social media accounts, draft and schedule posts, publish content to those accounts, view analytics, organise work on a Kanban board and get content suggestions from Nava, our AI assistant. Features may change over time, and some features may only be available on paid plans or on certain platforms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use socialGo.
- You must give us accurate information and keep your sign-in email secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens in your account and workspaces, including actions by team members you invite.
- Tell us immediately at support@socialgo.id if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Connected social media accounts
When you connect a social media account, you authorize socialGo to access that account through the platform’s official API with the permissions you approve, and to publish content on your behalf when you instruct it to. You confirm that you own the account or are authorized to manage it.
Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms, including the TikTok Terms of Service, YouTube Terms of Service, Meta Terms and the terms of X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit, Bluesky and Mastodon instances. socialGo is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms.
Platforms may change or limit their APIs, reject a post, or revoke access at any time. We are not responsible for posts that fail, are delayed or are removed because of a platform’s decisions or outages. You can disconnect an account at any time from the Connection page.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the text, images, videos and other content you upload or publish through socialGo (“Your Content”). You grant socialGo a limited licence to store, process, display and transmit Your Content only as needed to run the Service, for example to show it in your calendar and send it to the platforms you choose.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it and that it complies with the law and with each platform’s rules.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use socialGo to:
- publish spam, misleading content, or content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or infringes someone else’s rights;
- manipulate engagement, such as fake followers, likes or coordinated inauthentic behaviour;
- access accounts you are not authorized to manage;
- break platform rules or rate limits, or try to get around them;
- reverse engineer, overload, attack or interfere with the Service or its security;
- resell the Service or use it to build a competing product without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Nava AI
Nava generates suggestions using third-party AI models. Its output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to content generated for other users. Review every suggestion before you publish it; you are responsible for the content you choose to post.
7. Plans and payment
socialGo offers a free plan with usage limits, such as media storage. Paid plans, when offered, will show their price and features before you subscribe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges. Except where required by law, fees already paid are not refundable.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, including data from your connected social media accounts, and how you can delete it.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using socialGo and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@socialgo.id. We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, if required by law, or if a platform requires us to. When your account is closed, your right to use the Service ends and your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every scheduled post will be published, or that using it will increase your reach or engagement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, socialGo is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, followers or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or IDR 1,000,000 if you have not paid us.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through good faith discussion; if that fails, they will be settled by the courts of Indonesia.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will notify you before they take effect. Continuing to use socialGo after that means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@socialgo.id.
